— Thousands of pianos end up in landfills every year

Give your piano a second life.

The piano collecting dust in the living room. The one sitting silent in a storage unit. The one waiting in a church basement. If it can still make music, there's a family who needs it — and we'll handle the rest.

— How it works

— What we accept

Almost any piano that still has music in it.

— Yes
  • Upright pianos
  • Baby grand & grand pianos
  • Consoles & spinets
  • Most acoustic pianos in restorable condition
— Probably not
  • Player pianos with non-functional mechanisms
  • Significant water or pest damage
  • Most digital pianos

Not sure if yours qualifies? Just ask. We'd rather say yes than see an instrument go to waste.

— Tell us about your piano

The first step.

A few quick details. We respond within a few business days. If you'd rather email or call, that works too — hello@88again.org.

— About the piano

On uprights: lift the top lid and look at the gold-colored cast iron plate. On grands: lift the lid and check near the tuning pins. Helps us identify the exact year and model.
